How do I choose the right venue?
If it's your favourite local restaurant or a room above a pub, assess the practicality for your event.. Try to imagine how things will look on the night.. Is there a stage and a dance floor? (or suitable space) Is there a separate area (or other room) for a buffet?... Avoid venues with difficult parking, poor access or lots of stairs.. as with any band there is always a lot of heavy equipment to carry. Rooms with low ceilings or alcoves create harsh acoustics which can be quite wearing on the ears!... the last thing you want is to see your guests leaving early!

How much space do you need?
The stage equipment needs a minimum area of 3m wide by 2m deep (approx. 10' x 7') there will also be large PA speakers and lighting stands positioned either side.

How long do you play for?
A typical show would involve 2 x 45 minute performances or one longer dance set of approximately 60-70 minutes. Much depends on the nature of the event.

Can I hear a demo?

Do you provide background music?
Background music is included and carefully selected to match the progressive mood of the evening from the time your guests begin to arrive and during breaks.

How far do you travel?
Anywhere within mainland UK.

How long do you take to set up?
In an easily accessible venue up to one hour (normally around 45 mins).

Do you have any special requirements?
After a long journey followed by several hours waiting to perform it is essential to have a comfortable room in which to prepare, change and relax. This should be private and secure with a table and seating for at least two people, an electric point would also be useful.

What are your fees?
It depends on the location and type of event, please contact me with as many details as possible for a firm quote.

When is payment due?
A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking (non refundable) with the balance due either by cash on completion or cheque payment 14 days prior to the engagement.

How do I make a booking?
Please contact me to check availability and to discuss your specific requirements, a booking confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.

What if I need to cancel?
In the event of a cancellation within 21 days of the engagement the full fee will become payable. Outside 21 days will result in the loss of your deposit..
